New Isn't that their point?
They're saying the surface can replace a tablet and a laptop. You're agreeing it can replace your laptop but an iPad can't.

New What's the big deal?
iPads have had a Bluetooth connected Apple keyboard available from day 1. My wife got one after initially thinking the virtual keyboard would be a pain. Guess what? She's much more a consumer and not creator of data and never uses that keyboard.
Alex
New Naah, it's the opposite.
Seems what Peter is saying is something like, "Apple might have had some vision of how iPads would be enough, but MS actually 'delivers the goods' to make it work in practice" -- the exact opposite of what the C-Net headline says.

New Ding!
You may now have a biscuit.
New So gimme one!
Just had lunch; a biscuit would go very nicely with my coffee.

It's always the small minority of people who are total assholes that ruin it for the vast majority of people who are only partial assholes.
