While I know, intellectually, that C-Net is pretty much crap nowadays, it still lingers in brain-stem memory as one of the foremost tech news places on the net. Benefits of being among the first tech news sites back when the Web was new (to me); perhaps even going back as far as the late eighties, to dead-tree _PC Magazine_ of yore. Not to worry, though: Soon there won't be too many of us dinosaurs who remember when John C. Dvorak was actually good. -- Christian R.
