Description: Pavtube software application offers an extra efficient way to import M4V videos to Final Cut Pro, and have a look at below guide of converting M4V video to FCP compatible MOV format on Mac Mavericks 10.9.

"I used HandBrake to pull files off the DVD disc which I recorded two days ago, which results in .m4v files and intend to edit them in FCP. I have had some success converting these .m4v files to ProRess in QuickTime then loading them into FCP for editing. Does anyone have a better and efficient workflow? Thank a lot."

Most Mac users would prefer Final Cut Pro to handle and edit video recordings since it is such an excellent editing software, but Final Cut Pro is not compatible with many video formats, such as AVI, MKV, MP4, and M4V and if you attempt to import AVI, MKV, MP4 and M4V files into FCP on Mac Mavericks 10.9, you have to convert these videos to Final Cut Pro acceptable MOV format firstly.

Step-by step guide of importing M4V video to Final Cut Pro on Mac Mavericks 10.9

Step 1. Run Pavtube M4V to Final Cut Pro Converter on Mac Mavericks 10.9.
