New Are used phones a good idea or not?
My daughter wants an iPhone 4. She's asking if it's a good idea to get a used one to save money. (Which she can then spend on apps.)

I know I'd have to be careful about making sure it will work on her current network. What else do I need to look for? Or is this even worth the risk?
