New The Needlessly Obscure Trivia Game
For those of you who like puzzles, I run a trivia game over on Google+ every week or two consisting of insanely obscure and ridiculously insufficient clues. Answers are always a book, a song, or a movie, and we're on the fifth installment.

Rules are in the post text and are a must-read before you jump in. The answers and clue descriptions for previous games can be useful to gain insight into how the game is run. Previous answers have included Iain M. Banks' Excession, Bulgakov's The Master And Margarita, an untitled bonus track from a Tool album, and Tears For Fears' "Mad World". Don't worry about jumping in the game late as they usually go for days.

Post is here: https://plus.google....posts/FKoRCWVzbRC

For a teaser, the summary:

It's time for the Needlessly Obscure Game, Five On The Floor edition!

The Primary Clue: "Dew Claws"

The winner this week will receive 42 Great Old Points, some of which may be doled out to any players with lucky guesses or other direct hits.
Regards,
-scott
Welcome to Rivendell, Mr. Anderson.
New You folks that aren't playing are missing out.
You're missing all the fun of us flailing around trying to figure out WTF his "clues" mean.

"Dew Claws"...?!?!?

:-)

Cheers,
Scott.
New So evidently my guess was wrong...
Oh well.

New You'd know if it were right.
Any non-trivial comment or guess gets a clue, just like yours did. ;-)

New I think I slammed it!
After all the Clues... I finally found it in my Music collection.

But I cheated scouring my Local Hard drive...

Welcome to Rivendell, Mr. Anderson.
New dew claws
on dogs and cats for example, the vestigial toe up on the anklet bone. Called so because it was at dew height instead of wet footsies flat on the dirt.
