New Just nearly wet myself.
Daughter's on a flight from Athens to JFK. I've been following it on flightaware most of the day. Just checking every 15-20 minutes or so. Had a problem in the data center, came back to my desk and - nothing on the radar. Refresh. Reload. Nothing.

Check Delta's site, everything looks okay. Clear browser cache, reload flightaware - AH! There she is. </whew>

After that episode of super-cooled/frozen Pitots.. (+ storm-radar Surprise-gotcha)
You can bet that EVERY Airbus er, bus-operator now KNOWS just how, sans any 'lectronic pre-thinking-For-you::
You set the engines + angle-of-attack: to Keep the sucker Flying / not plummeting like a rock /... while you try to pore through all those cryptic menus.

(Did Redmond have any 'relations' with that robot-spawning Corp.? One would think so..)
