Many judges are harsh on that kind of thing... she was like "Ehhh whatever" Not enough respect.
She just made it worse by telling to eff off and giving him the finger. Evidently, you've never been to an arraignment. You answer questions with respect and do not use smart ass remarks... plus she probably said "Adios" because of his name, just to be a dick. --
