I pay AU$61 a month for my phone.
That gives me 2gb/mo, I can't remember how many calls and includes a payment on the phone (HTC Desire running Android 2.3). Never even come close to the limit. I paid for my tablet outright, though it doesn't have a cellular modem, and also pay $90/mo for my home ADSL2+ (50Gb/mo).
