I still say this is the NetNeutrality threat the Cable companies should be worried about.
Google owns YouTube, it's Search Engine, and most of the ads and their revenue.
When it decides to take over a region...say Florida...the providers in that area will discover having fast pipes with no (or slow) data is worthless.
The content is the key.
And the big providers are FIGHTING to allow Google to selectively slow packets to their networks. When Google's pages load 3 times faster on their network -- no matter how fast the pipe is -- people will switch.
