Yep, that's it. Problem I was having was that if I entered the full path to Mozilla, it needed quotes because of the space in the "Program Files" directory. I was trying to put the command line options inside the quotes and W2K doesn't like that. When I simply used "mozilla" W2K rewrote it to the full path, in quotes, with the switches outside the quotes.
Looking at it now it makes sense, but I don't like that W2K won't let me make a shortcut to something it doesn't understand. Or that it changes a program call into a full path, as though the path could never change.
