I'll be honest here...
I haven't yet run into anything that *I* need that the standard Google Nexus ROM Build hasn't offered.
While yes, when I'm being picky about what is running... sometimes it kills a process I tell it to and then... doesn't work quite right. A reboot is in order. I'm not exactly seeing a HUGE need for a custom ROM nor even anything else at the moment. Sure I'd love to have a couple of things more on my lock screen, but its NOT critical to my usage of my phone. I'm very happy with my phone as of right now. |

And you can, in fact, run a different launcher.
I was surprised at how easy that was. You don't even need to root it to do that.
