Words to live by. Its being born out in our environment... with CRM, everyone has a different idea of what is important data to collect. Given the opportunity, they will be different. Sure there are common info... but most places want special data... and already track it... but in a manual way when they come to us.

It is just amazing what length some will pay for to get it tracked... which we are obliged to handle.
