New Hey Beep, problems everywhere
https://community.ra...s-vulnerabilities

This is "fixed" on current release, but how many users of embedded systems EVER update their shiny black-box?
New Re: Hey Beep, problems everywhere
Hack a C-130, then get back to me.
Sure, understanding today's complex world of the future is a little like having bees live in your head. But...there they are.
New Does it have to be flying, or can I get it on land?
Do you have a particular one in mind, or can I choose?
New Your choice.
But in active service.

New Rules. Bastard.
New Can I try a drone instead?
http://dailycaller.c...anistan-not-iran/

The United States lost a drone to insurgents in Iraq in 2007 who managed to overwhelm its digital signal, which was unencrypted. The RQ-170 drone is also believed to have used an unencrypted data link, making Iran’s claims to have brought it down through some form of cyber attack more credible.
New Re: Can I try a drone instead?
Sure, but there'd be more rules. Jamming is out and simply hacking vid feeds is out (cause that's way too easy).

New Made myself laugh
as I hit save on that post...the thought "so easy a caveman could do it" crossed my mind...and considering where they downed this one (reportedly, of course)...that just tickled the old funnybone.

New nice how they did do it
jamm the cell signal then fed gps to the autopilot so it thought it was landing at home. Seeing as those birds are stating to get regular exercise over here I gonna look at cell jamming equipment

New You ready for the Fine...
if you get caught transmitting?

Something like $250,000 per instance.

And that would be "per device affected" which would likely be quite a few for you to affect them at the range you are talking they fly at, which to Jam would take quite a bit of power.
