fedex and ups priceless because they wont deliver there

New There are definitely sections of the US
that FedEx won't ship to. (They fully admit it - it's not profitable for them and (in some cases) they can't guarantee their times of delivery)

There are other sections where they'll take you're money and drop it in the mail for you (no joke).

Flipside of the coin - FedEx does a lot of hauling of US Mail. (That partnership was one of the reasons why you'll find FedEx boxes at some US Postage Offices)
