Goes by compony you can get AT&T or Verizon,Sprint,T-mobile
if you brake the the contract before 181 day amazon will charge you $250. puls what the carrier dose now most carriers will let you try the phone for 14 day and if you would like out by the 14th day they will let you out may charge you $35. Amazon will not charge you and you would have 15 more days to send the phone back and get you $0.01 back:-) that way I'm try the phone I got http://www.amazon.co...31&pf_rd_i=507846 "Pictures are better then words because some words are big and hard to understand"
