Kettlebells are similar
Aerobics + strength training. Very effective, and one of the few things I've found that actually works for me.
One of the exercises involves standing up from a prone position holding a 35lb weight overhead the entire time.

Been watching Craigslist for some
I know someone out there got enthusiastic about working out and bought a whole set then stopped. I'm hoping to pick some up cheap.
Oh, and not the 50-pounds-each set that's on there now. I might need to work up to that.
OT: Craigslist doesn't seem to do
any
wordform matching. I get a hit with "kettlebells" but not "kettlebell". Really? You don't even match on plurals?
