...about this bloke who'd bet to win a fortune that they'd die in this order: Princess Margaret, the Queen Mum, Dumpy Little Mrs Windsor -- I can't recall which, and neither of their search engines seems to be able to find it.

Anyway, seems he's home free now, whoever he was (and wherever I read about it).
