New Take a look at skins
There are some prefabbed skins which can be used to change the look, or to give you starting points, if you like.

New Is that on a per-user basis?
That would be very cool. And since we're all going in as the same user for now, that would cover it for the time being.

Does it handle multiple skins for a page? Ie: If I apply a 'IWeTheyLook' skin, and I click a print link that uses a print skin, do they merge, does one override the other, or something else?

New RTFM
...I really don't know, though I suspect it may be possible to configure skins on a personal basis. I also don't know precedence rules (or if precedence can occur).

What I know of skins in TWiki is largely that they exist. I've looked at a few sites that use 'em, and they do change the look in ways, largely good. Beyond that, we're both on the frontier here.

New I read some of it
Enough to see that it could probably do what I'm looking for. But also enough to see that if I have enough access to write a skin I can just as easily write a template. I would suppose the best way to try out new designs is to have multiple skins, have people try them out, and once the Will of the People(tm) is heard convert that one into a template.
