It is also currently in a state of flux, as I've been actually writing some code for us over the last few weeks -- scratching a few of my own itches. Maybe when the new server is ready, an tarball of an svn export that builds could be put somewhere as a static download. :-) Until someone wants to check-in a change... Wade.
