and the stories hold up quite well. The state-of-the-art CGI, not so much. All the CRT displays reminded me of CGE(my Vegas trip a few weeks back). The menu looks crisp, but the episodes themselves are a bit over compressed - at least on the first disc with 4 episodes. Disc 2 might look better as it only has 3 episodes. All the extras are on a separate disc. I plan to check them out once I finished watching the series.

I've also been watching the remastered Star Trek episodes (boy do they look good in HD) and one thing I've picked up on is how many more commercials the networks have squeezed in. The Star Trek episodes clock in around 51 minutes while Max Headroom clocks in at 47 and Firefly at 43 minutes. At this rate we'll only get 30 minutes of content for an hour show in 20-30 years from now.
