it seems cooler than average here
But it's only our high that's lower. I checked the lows/highs from 7-1 thru 7-23 I see that our highs are 2.4 F cooler than normal (91.0 vs 93.4), but our lows are 3.3* hotter than normal (76.7 vs 73.3).
