Refrigerated in a sealed container I'd say it's likely eternal - it's hard to spoil something with that much salt in it. Exposed to air it does oxidize some and get a little darker, so large bottles should be used relatively quickly.

Pour some into a small dish, if it's still fish sauce color I'd say it's good to go.
