Linux Headcount
No advocacy, just a quick countup.
What distro are we running today, and how many boxen of each?
I'll start:
2 x Debian (testing). Does HP-UX count? No? Ok :-)
1 x P3-800/256MB (Debian/Windows) 1 x P2-500/32MB Acer Travelmate 508DX laptop (just Debian)
Edit: Added details of system

2 systems, 2 distros
Red Hat 7.2 on my MP3 playing [link|http://www.linux-hacker.net/imod/imod.html|hacked iopener]. I'm up to 3400 songs so far and I'm still ripping my CDs(yep, they're all legit MP3s, imagine that RIAA!). The screensaver slideshow also serves as my digital photo album, about 500 photos of family/friends/places. It was a hit at my last party.
SuSE 7.3 on my triple booting Thinkpad T22(Win98 and OS/2[eCS]). I went with SuSE on the Thinkpad because it supports my wireless card that has OS/2 drivers, Red Hat does not. As an added bonus, SuSE still reads my OS/2 partitions, Red Hat no longer includes support for HPFS.
My main system only boots OS/2(eCS).

One at home, one at work
Both running RH 7.2:
Home - P2-450, 128 MB RAM, 4 GB HD,10/100 Enet, headless (used as a server)
Work - Dell OptiPlex, P3-800, 128 MB RAM, 8 GB HD, 16 MB VRAM, 10/100 Enet, replaces a Windows 95 box as my office desktop. (This term, however, it's being pressed into service as an instructor machine for one of my classes due to a shortage of PCs. I'm teaching UNIX sysadmin using RH 7.2)
In case it counts, both of my other boxen (2x500 G4 tower, TiBook) are running Mac OS X 10.1.3 full-time, so I guess that's two votes for Darwin/FreeBSD.

Re: Linux Headcount
Redhat 5.2 on one. Redhat 6.1 on one. Soon as I get it repartitioned, a dual boot XP/RedHat 7.2 on another. Soon as I get a CD-ROM installed, Caldura 2.3 on another.
Everything but the dual boot system is, of course, a low Pentium (the RedHat 5.2 is even a 486. I'd have an impressive uptime for that one, only a power outage killed that dream. :)

Red Hat 7.0 at work. P3/833.
Red Hat 7.0 at home. P2/333.
Getting a cable modem at home on Sunday. Going to definitely upgrade. Likely to RH 7.2 cuz I don't wanna wipe it. If I can figure out how to not wipe it clean, then I might consider Snobbian or SuSE.

One Red Hat. So far.
So far. It's on a P133. I think it's Red Hat 6.0. It's Hedwig, anwyay, which (Google is my friend).. yep, 6.0 Gosh.
(Do I win a prize for most out-of-date distro?) :)

I plan to install something newer on a Duron 700 to use as an everyday desktop box. No doubt you'll see me asking plenty of questions once I start doing same :-)

2.
RH 6.2 on my server; P100, 48Mb RAM, 34Gb HDD. This is also my Web server, my mail server (SMTP and IMAP) and my firewall as well as my file and print server.
RH 7.1 on a desktop; K6-200, 64Mb RAM. The version of XFree on this is not completely happy with my second hand Matrox Millenium video card, but I know where I can get a Mill II. It's also got my CD-RW drive in it.
