Some of the sites I frequent seem to be unbearably slow to load, apparently due to sidebar boxes that have Twitter feeds. E.g. http://www.fivethirtyeight.com and http://blogs.reuters.com/felix-salmon/

Is there a simple way to block these things ala FlashBlock? Nothing jumps out at me.

Adding the domains: *.twing.com and twitter.com seem likely to take care of it.
