New Drivers are downloaded from the sharing PC
And are installed in the receiver's WindowsSystem32 directory. If the source is infested, then it could spread to the destination this way.

I do not know how much traction this could get in real life. Win7 and 2008 Server can run the drivers in a sandbox. Its not very clear how previous versions do it. Give the problems that can occur with imported pritners on a terminal server box, I do fear for it.
