If you later get a warrant, pop the battery in while the device is inside a Faraday cage and dump the contents. Unless you've got the piece of shit Nokia I've got that has a USB port that doesn't allow you to actually access any user data. -- Drew

If you just turn it off you can still be tracked. Has anyone talked about the privacy concerns of iPhones not being able to shut off the GPS? -- Drew
