Mail is moved.

Autoresponder is set up and tested, just need to grab a current backup and reload before switching.

Images are moved.

Subdomains are redirected to folders under the primary domain.

Blog stays on Blogger until I've got everything else tested.

Done as much testing as I can while playing with hosts files.
