The worst part for SCOg is, the Money owed Novell is "valid" and the APA is vague enough to demand a Jury trial. I can only imagine the liars that have testified so far doing the same in the Jury trial and the jury seeing straight through it.


And since the Money owed Novell was upheld, the outlook is grim. As soon as the trustee is appointed, and he/she evaluates... a conversion to Chapter 7 is inevitable.
