FYI,

Don't do a DIST-UPGRADE for apt-get or a "Full-Upgrade" for aptitude.

Apt may just remove itself. Along with apt-utils apt-file aptitude debtags gnome-app-install gnome-apt gnome-codec-install libapt-pkg-perl libept0 lintian software-properties-gtk synaptic tasksel tasksel-data update-manager update-notifier.

Somethings aren't making it through the Build queue very well past few days.

Also, Debian has switch the Time Based "Feature Freeze for RC Bug Fixing" . They are still not going to switch to a "date deadline" for release, as they won't release until the RC Bug count is 0.

The Time for "Sid's Freeze" will be Every December of Odd numbered Years, ie: 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, etc...
