I wonder if someone upgraded Site Server or removed it from the web servers recently? Maybe the object changed to a different name if an upgrade?

is that the resource memory crapped out for that DLL? It seems that sometimes it works, and other times it reports that error.

I am not sure why. I do not have access to that server to check out the registry, it is a production server. My boss has access, but is out of town for two days (Monday and Tuesday), I was supposed to have my annual review Tuesday (today), but since the boss is not in the office...
