I found that company via pricewatch.com and the guy tried to tell me that because it wasn't 4k or rather 4x, that it would not be seen as 64M SIMMS. But the darn things worked in three different motherboards as 16M SIMMS. I got the $20 refunded, but they kept the $12 shipping part.

"Buyer Beware" on the pricewatch.com companies.
"Will code Visual BASIC for cash."

was ENet, IIRC. They had a Yahoo store that I ordered from. It took $12USD to ship me out two SIMM chips.
