Dunno if Bush will revisit it and give him a pardon, but I wouldn't be surprised.

If one is pardoned, the federal penalties of the conviction are removed. http://www.usdoj.gov..._instructions.htm
Libby lost his law license, had to pay a $250k fine, and was on probation for 2 years. The commutation kept him from serving jail time. http://abcnews.go.co...eStory?id=4488968 (I don't know enough to know if Libby could re-apply for his law license if he got a pardon.
