On Palin
after observing this crew for a while, and watching the national media for a while and listening, evesdropping on regular folks, I think I see why you have such a viceral response to Palin
She dont act whitebread
Obama has learned to act whitebread
She is strong willed, has a bunch of kids, one who most folks think she should have aborted
Obama talks white, has but 2 kids and a wife who was quickly gotten off stage is she spoke forcefully
As paglia noted she appears to be a strong women without whitebread speaking patterns. Her shared knowledgebase is as good as tail gunner joes.
A strong woman with kids and a househusband who doesnt live in an acceptable surburban environment just scares a lot of people. She is a functioning governor who cleaned up her own party and insisted that the cozy relationship with oil and government be dealt fairly. An idiot cannot do things like that.

Nope. I can't get over her complete lack...
of understanding History, being a potential Leader means... if you don't *KNOW* history you *ARE* going to repeat the past mistakes.
I also have a problem with her complete lack of answers to *simple* questions during multiple interviews. As well as her inability to think on her feet.
No, its not that i don't like strong women... I don't like strong women that can't talk their way out of a wet paper bag. That proves she doesn't have the chops to do what is needed.

you of all people should understand. Below you mentioned knowing AIG big wigs that were playing look at my pee pee for millions of dollars. I have met several national and local politicians. I have also met a lot of the folks that post here. Except in a few isolated cases we are a lot smarter, aware and have better solutionbs and grasp the point of problems quicker than any of the pols I have met. Dont start the party stuff because I have chatted with folks on both sides of the aisle. Obama is not any different, he comes accross better is all. His choices during the primaries and general show a decent understanding of pragmatism, nothing of greatness. He is us but with staff. He has learned to blend and fake it well.
