Sadly, my sibling is sliding down the slope to basura blanca, taking her four children (ages 19, 12, 8 & 6) with her, although there is hope for the 8 year old (by the grace of God, he's a feisty one and seems able to overcome her pathetic lack of parenting.)

The only kind thing I can say about her is that at least all her children have the same father.

For the five long years that she was my neighbor, I tried my best to be a good sister and auntie. But one can only do so much. Now, all I can do is pray for her and the kids, as they moved 800 miles away.

I hate to say I don't miss her. All she brought me and my family was strife. I just pray that she finds whatever it is that she is looking for and that the children somehow rise above their squalid homelife. I'm afraid it might be too late for the oldest. He is a lost soul.
