As part of George Bush's war on terrorism, the military is thinking of planting propaganda and misleading stories in the international media.
Huh? A disinformation department that won't put out lies? I tend to find the BBC report more credible.
(Yes, I exaggerate. But how often has "public relations" meant "feeding lies to the public" in your estimation?)
