New A nit and a suggestion
Three instances of "sweetner" and one of "sweetener"; I think the latter is the correct spelling.

Then, in...
[link|http://www.clovegarden.com/recipes/1ju_cransauce1.html|Squeeze ORANGE JUICE, slice GINGER very thin, then sliver and chop very fine, grate ORANGE ZEST (orange part only) and mix all with CINNAMON],
...I think you should at least change the order so "grate ORANGE ZEST (orange part only)" comes (immediately?) before "Squeeze ORANGE JUICE".

Actually, IMO, you could also explicitly point out that this is the smarter order to do things in, and why: Because the whole orange is so much easier to handle, grating the "zest"[*], than the squeezed-out rind halves.

[*] Weird word, that, innit?

New Yeah, that one's old and not up to current . . .
. . standards. I'll review and revise it today before I forget about it, along with the two turkey roasting pages I'm working on.

Thanks.
