We had a store like that open here
"Papa Joe's Grocery And Conference Center". Two stories tall, with automatic wine tasting machines, 5 deli counters, and so on, and so forth, and etcetera.
The floor design unfortunately placed the deli counters directly inside the front entrance, creating a line and crowd that effectively made actual produce shopping impossible there for the first two weeks. Traffic is still abyssmal, but one can actually get in the door now.
The Whole Paycheck store is moving to larger digs in a swanky outside mall in response. We also have a few of these things called "Nino Salvaggio's" that look to be about as large as your Food Hole store.
