Very annoying.
I've sent him an email. He's got a day to give me a very good reason for his vandalism or I'm undoing it. Sheesh.

no.
Unless the reason is head-shatteringly good, undo it.
He should have and could have asked first.

It's pointless.
Not only is everything in Google's cache, but the edit history links will get indexed next go-around as well and it will be permanently cached.
As Peter pointed out, he could have just asked. Instead he defaced the site. He's got a day.

"Reason"?!? He's gone mad, that's the only possible reason!
If he were the least bit sane, he'd realise that it's fucking USELESS. (And "offline suggest changing the entries to" whatever that Boxlish-gibberish is supposed to mean, is JUST AS USELESS. Do the words "Edit History" mean anything to you?) And if he weren't too busy being insane, he'd realise that he's also being an ultra-annoying arsehole. Why the fuck should that be "left alone"???
The only way for us non-Admin (l)users to permanently remove anything from here is to go to Scott and ask him to do so. Didn't you know that??? So the suggestions that that is what he should have done in the first place are perfectly correct. Todd acting stupid is HIS problem, not ours, and he can quit thinking he's entitled to annoy the Hell out of everybody else right fucking NOW.

The question at this point is . . .
. . has Todd been to St.Louis recently, and if so - did he drink the water?

Yeah, that's what I thought too.
His stunt seemed such a dannyross thing to do.
