New Some people have a low tolerance, I guess.

"A teenage waitress overdosed on caffeine after drinking 14 shots of espresso."

They go on to recommend no more than 4 cups of instant per day...and I'm reading this while drinking my 6th 16oz mug (of >my< coffee). Used to drink expresso in mugs...4 shots per mug...at least 2 mugs before going to work. No big deal.

I know, however, that my tolerance for caffeine is a bit different than others. Take the "crazy" man...for example;-)

New You can build up a tolerance.
This has been known for years.

Wade.

Is it enough to love
Is it enough to breathe
Somebody rip my heart out
And leave me here to bleed

Is it enough to die
Somebody save my life
I'd rather be Anything but Ordinary
Please

New One of our local JPL scientists . . .
. . (about 20 years ago) had built up a prodigious tolerance. It ended in a collapse of his nervous system. They had to dry him out for a week or so and then limit him to only 10 or so cups a day.

New Too bad. They'll never survive

New Odd.. 1999 !?! - and there's so little subsequent noise?
Another on, [coffee + "nuclear radiation" + effects] -

but contemporary.

No further word in NINE YEARS?
18K+ more typ Google intermixed-with-junk like, 'coffee served after conference' -- as I get a round tuit.

At the current manufacturing-rate of callow utterly-Ruthless Lord/Flies jihadists via our familiar suspects (with and without Pacemakers), this factoid just might become, in retrospect: the Salvation after the Decimation. If the Nobel Institute still stands, even figuratively.

(Mice OTOH Would be lots more resistant than our complex selves, so ... eh, WTF. Hope they narcotized the poor little expiring captives - massive radiation damage is Pain Hell.)

New I'd need 48 cups to survive a nuclear attack
New I only remembered
because the study disturbed me...

Who THINKS of these things?
