Posit: CKK groks the whole ball of wax, as you put it, and imposes something that can be mistaken for Justice, severely pissing Microsoft off in the process (like that would be terribly difficult). Microsoft are likely to try character assasination of CKK, who would have every right to sue for libel... :-)
