I actually heard a couple of prosecutors seriously discussing how/if they could hold the suspect being chased liable for the four deaths! They want to *charge* him for those deaths. It's stunning. If we're going to assign blame for the deaths of those pilots and cameramen, then let's assign it where it's due:

1) The Cops. If they could tone down their testosterone injections just a tad, maybe a car theft wouldn't warrant an army of hillbillies with guns and badges racing all over virtually every town in Murica.
2) The Great Murican Peeple. For being stupid enough to actually want to watch automobiles being driven too fast and dangerously around residential neighborhoods.
3) Our own Gubinment. For creating a national sense of hysterical fear that makes the inane Murican peeple feel better by watching the jack booted thugs of the DHS, FBI and local police "goin' afta dem bad guys" on the teevee.
