Seems it's one of the most (dangerously) over-diagnosed bites, and that often the actual malady is something completely different that needs a radically different treatment approach than the "make them comfortable and wait" schedule used for brown recluse bites. Does anyone also understand that California IS NOT a native area for it? There might be transients or hop-a-longs in packages/boxes/crates from the area... but they just don't survive very well out side the temperature/humidity/environment on their own.
