Which is analogous to your profession as it relates to computers. Except you have a lot less to keep track of since you are dealing with tier 1 MS focused computer suppliers. Yah got HPAQ (HP/Compaq as they've been known for years since the purchase), Dell, and um, IBM. Did I miss any? So the bottom line, is, you really don't keep in touch with stuff affecting your profession, which is apparent when you make decisions based on old beliefs rather than current realities.
