I heard a little of the debate on C-Span radio. It's flabbergasting how Sen. Graham can twist the [link\|http://webb.senate.gov/pdf/2012amdt.pdf\|plain language of the bill] (6 page .pdf) into such doom and gloom for the Republic. This is one of the clearest, least confusing documents I've read. Of course I would have added to the presidential wavier clause a statement to the effect that should such a wavier be required, the presidential children will be immediately inducted and deployed to the theater of operations. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. (Herm Albright)
