New Tennant is indeed in season 3

He has a new companion, though. (Rose was with him through season 2.)

I like the new series so far, particularly with David Tennant.

New I got my numbers wrong.
What I meant was, Tennant signed to be the Doctor for a second season (#29/3), not the second season (#28/2) :-). I've just started watching season 29/3 and Tennant has clearly settled well into the role.
