you entire network 192.0.0.0 is going to you. Shouldnt it read that 192.0.0.0(entire 192 network) should be forwarded to the router? Yer second 192.168.0.255 is redundant you have already set that route. The 224 route is something I have seen ms doing lately but am not enlightened on the cause. Get rid of the 255. route. Try it out and let me know.

New Can't get rid of the .255 route
'cause if those packets hit the router, they're not coming back to the correct hosts inside the LAN. But it's moot anyway:
