This is a 100% command line system

it runs an app called darkice to convert the signal from the board to .ogg so it can be sent to the webcast server which puts it out as 2 mp3 streams (high and low)

it runs daemontools to keep darkice running

the previous admin created a capture program that records each program to .ogg, puts it in the correct folder and names it

I have been in contact with my local Linux users group and they are offering assistance
