New Migrating to a new machine...
I just put together a new box and I am moving to it from my old box.
Is there any easy way to move Evolution files from one machine to the other? I can make an archive of it, but copied to a thumbdrive, it won't copy on to the new machine. I would kinda like to keep the emails of the past on the new machine. Ideally, I'd like to export them from the old and import them to the new, like Outlook does on Windows.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Hugh
New Simple.
Just tar up all of /home/hugh (or whatever your home directory is called) and untar it on your new machine, being sure to square up the ownership afterwards.

This one is just screaming out for some deep massaging in Perl.
