They changed how OpenGL ICD drivers work so that you could run hardware accelerated OpenGL apps without having to disable the DWM. Otherwise, Vista will turn off the DWM when you run one of these apps. Drivers of all kinds are defintely something that still need work in Vista.

I believe the built in OpenGL implemetation (ie: the one no-one actually uses)now runs on top of DirectX as well.
