New DSL troubleshooting
The helpdesk I am working for has DSL support for 13 states, and only supports Windows and Mac clients. If someone calls up with Linux, BeOS, OS/2, *BSD, or some other OS, we are supposed to tell them to go look it up elsewhere. If we know of a web site, we can refer them to it and hope they have a Mac or Windows OS to use to browse to it?

Anyone have any good DSL links for alternative OSes?

New DSL and OS/2
[link|http://www.os2voice.org/VNL/past_issues/VNL0101H/vnewsf.htm|Here] is a OS/2 VOICE newsletter with several articles on OS/2 and DSL. [link|http://www.os2voice.org/VNL/past_issues/VNL0101H/vnewsf3.htm|This] is an article by (the late) Dan Casey on setting up cable or DSL connection with Warp 4.

Cheers,
Scott.
